I am not usually a brand whore(lies) V ans shoes is one exception I make. Sk8-HIs are my favorite sneaker period. Altho Michelin soul Enties are Laos pretty dope. Anyway Vans now makes a Boot based on Sk8-HIs. I needs it.

There’s actually a whole line of all weather shoes based on the SK8hi and mid.

Is 400 too much to spend on shoes all at once? (It is) I’m probably going to get one pair tho.

If only Vans lasted worth a damn. I’ll stick with my Lakai’s and Supra’s.

I actually do like my Lakais I have to admit they are more comfortable than my Vans. Never had Supras cuz I’m not a baller.

I like those a lot but what's with the price? Am I missing something? Is this a collaboration with a well-known boot maker?

I have the MTE’s in black. They are toasty. I still don’t think it’s cool enough to wear them.

BRAND NAME

I’ll have to wait till I get a coupon or they go on sale or something. Even for boots 60 bucks is like my max. 35 for shoes that aren’t dress. Last time I bought shoes I got a steal with a pair of Etnies and a pair of  Lakias for 70 bucks. They were both on sale about I bought them during a buy one get one half off sale. The Etnies were 80 originally. The soles are made my Michelin and are hella sticky. Awesome for BMX.

I’ve had a good half dozen pairs of sk8 his myself. Easily my favorite high top, feel great to skate in too.

sadly, I ripped my favorite pair years ago...
